My iphone has worked previously on 3G and Wifi. Now it will only conect on Wifi which is really frustrating. I have run updates and tried restarting etc but I am getting nowhere. When i try to connect it comes up withthe message 'Not subscribed to cellular data service'. I am on PAYG with plenty of data allowance left. Hope someone can help!

To get to the correct area of the settings:

Have you checked to see if there are any signal problems in your area? http://status.o2.co.uk/
If no problems are being reported, ring Customer Service on 4445.
