Hi,
I ported my number to o2 Thursday ( 2 days).
I am having problems receiving OTP's.
Have tried restarting phone.
I did a call where I was told to restart my phone, that there were no bars and premium bar lifted whatever that means.
Still not working. I use Amazon for business and without I can’t access with 2FA.
I’m in cooling off period - so looking to cancel as best option right now and go back to EE

There have been some problems with porting in the last week due to the company responsible having technical problems.
Sound like the files for OTPs has not ported across.

i cannot access eBay on my phone as I need the OTP and I run a business on there
its costing me customers
totally unacceptable with O2 as a new customer to experience this
