New contract SIM doesn't receive 4G

So my SIM that I just disconnected recieves 4G but my new contract SIM doesn't

It defintely is a 4G SIM and contract

Give it 24 hours to settle after the changeover - If no good call CS and get them to check your account is set up properly on the system.

Does it say 4G on the sim.

Have you 4g turned on untie phones settings.

What does it say in your myo2

Currently waiting for change-over guys so I will give it time, my number still hasn't been put onto this contract and my old SIM is dead... waiting game

Wouldn't expect it to be showing 4G yet then.....

Tried turning airplane mode on and off to reset it.

Yes, currently just left it turned off, o2 guy on the phone at the time did say I will have to keep turning it on and off in the next 2 hours
