Hello,
I recently renewed my contract with O2 and ever since then I have been receiving a notification for a new voicemail from my network provider. Whenever I call my voicemail I have no new messages and nothing to delete. I've tried switching off my voicemail and back on, same with the device itself but no luck.

You will need to contact o2 and get them to reset your voicemail. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Call yourself from another phone and leave a voicemail.
Then listen to it and delete it on your phone and it will clear all notifications.
