Right then, I appeared to have lost the ability to see voicemails appearing after an iOS update recently. I called 02 and they amended some settings and then it reappeared. I've downloaded a further iOS update today and I'm now back to square one and have no visual voicemail. Anyone else?

Hi @Suffolklady

Please try the following:

Dial 1760 to turn off then 1750 to turn back on

Reset network settings

Text the word STATE to 9011

Let us know if any of these work for you please.

They are set automatically from the data bolt on and apn.

If you don't have the iData bolt on and your apn isn't "idata.o2.co.uk" it will never work, but the apn is the only user customisable setting.

It suggests an issue perhaps with the type of sim if after an iOS update . If o2 have checked your account I would pop into an o2 store and get a replacement pay monthly sim . This will rule out sim issues

I'm with @adamtemp64 on this. Nothing would change on your account but issues like this could result from the incorrect type of sim when the phone reboots.

The first time it happened I had to phone 02 and they changed settings and it worked. This time it worked resetting the network settings and rebooting as suggested here. If it happens a 3rd time I'll ask for another SIM card. Thank you one and all.
