Iphone 6s?

Anonymous
Not applicable
I've just ordered a new upgrade (iphone 6 ) and then been told that the new iphone 6s is out tomorrow ? 9th September. I've tried cancelling my order but I can't. Is there any way of doing it online ? As I don't really want to go through with the order if the new one is out tomorrow. And if I was able to cancel, would I then be able to order the newest model when out tomorrow ? Thanks.

No, not quite.
The iPhone 7 would be the start of a new 24 month deal.

But, it still is a good deal - Its £778 for 12 months all in with insurance, 30gb of data and the buy back guarantee. (iPhone 6s 64gb)

I agree with that. If they aren't selling at that price, there is something seriously wrong...

Hi can I get a bit of clarification please as I feel stupid?

My refresh is until March and I owe xxx - on the upgrade shop it shows prices etc, e.g £47.50 a month on low 16gb tariff. Is that £47.50 in total (tariff+device) or £47.50 just for the airtime?

May ring retentions to see if they'll waiver my remainder but just wondering about the pricing.

With the buy back you have to remember that you're still going to then be tied in to an O2 contract for a further 24 months after the buy back, so unofficially this is a 3 year contract, you cannot opt out after 12 months unless you just pay off the outstanding handset cost, and some of the total handset costs are more expensive than direct from Apple.

am i right in thinking that at any point you could just pay off the remaining balance of the phone even after 6 7 8 months etc and the airtime balance is waived ?
