Hi, i ordered an iphone 15 pro max on saturday and everything went well, passed the checks but to my suprise i later received an email to say my application is under review and that i will hear back within 24 hours, it is now tuesday afternoon and i still have had no updates. This really is disapointing as i currently am without a phone and was expecting to have the phone by now. The order number is [Removed] for anyone that could possibly help. Thanks!

hi, i tried contacting them via twitter but they have been no help. I have been waiting 4 days and im unsure wether my order is even on way. This is dissapointing for me as i am an elderly woman who has been given no help whatsoever by o2

I suggest that you try again on X (Twitter) @rosiedorts59, maybe tomorrow.
It is sometimes a case of trying two or three times before you find an agent who has the knowledge to help you. 👍
