Hi
This must be so frustrating for you. 😞
Usually a diagnostic run by the Apple genius bar helps to pick many issues up.
Especially if a SIM card works ok in another phone.

I had 2 Apple diagnostics run - no fault found. Eventually I "solved" the problem by switching to a provider which doesn't have a 2G network
I haven't been keeping up to date with the O2 forum, but are there any reports of this problem from iphone 6 users?

My I phone 5s has only recently started this problem in the last month though I've had it over a year, it keeps connecting to GPRS when I;m in places I know I can get 3G or $G usually in the past, What can I do?
