We each use iPhone 11 & O2, BUT only I lose web connection.

Husband & I have an iPhone 11 each. He uses Tesco that piggybacks on to O2. I started out with Virgin but that changed to O2 BUT I lose when connection when he doesn’t. I often use him as a hotspot. 

Any ideas?

 

ps. My data roaming & mobile data are turned on.

Did you get a new sim card from o2 when you moved over from Virgin @Helli ?
First point of call would be that. Visit your local o2 store with photo ID and they can provide a new sim and get it set up for you.

Second would be swapping handsets - so your sim in his phone, etc.

Next is checking all APNs are set correctly.

Finally checking with Apple no issues with the phone.
