I have been unable to add QR code for Esim and do not know where to add manual settings in iPhone  14 Pro. I currently have no network connection so customer service cannot help, as I cannot verify my account by text

Go into your local O2 store with photo ID (drivers license or passport) and they can sort it out for you.

https://www.o2.co.uk/storelocator

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to tap "add an esim" then tap on "Use QR Code" then the manual option is the bottom of the next page.
