Insurance

My phone doesn't charge anymore like from nowhere can the insurance cover that?

It depends on the level of cover you have.

Call customer services to check Guide: How to find help & contact O2 

Have you tried a different charger and charge lead too?

Also check if the charging port is clear as they can collect fluff in them.

No it won't.. sorry. You are better off getting in touch with the manufacturer or O2 Guide: How to find help & contact O2
