IPHONE 5 Sim Swap to keep same number on NANO Sim.

Anonymous
Not applicable

I recently Bought a Apple Iphone 5 online and switched my Number to the new NANO Sim card in a Local 02 shop.
They Switched my Phone Number across and advised it can take up to 1 - 2hour for it to change details across.
It's now 12 hours and My phone network has been set on "No Service" all day, Cannot  get set up with 02 uk.
Updated to IOS 7, Have turned off my Old phone (Iphone 4) and new Phone (Iphone 5) for more than one hour and still same issue.
Have tried also Resetting the Network by General then Reset, Same issue.
Also Connected to Itunes, But same issue.

Anyone know any fixes?

Yeah, sounds like something went wrong right there at the beginning.....
I'd get another new sim and start over.....

Hi

This can take up to 24 hours to take effect. Would recommend you turn your new phone off and on again periodically to refresh the network on it.

Has your old sim card turned off yet? If so, it means the process has started and will usually only take a couple of hours from when the old sim turns off.

Yeah I had Turned the Old Phone off and the No Service has happened on that Phone within one hour of the Switch.
But my new Phone is currently still displaying the No Service issue.
It's been now ruffly 25 Hours with the No Service.
Currently have it Turned off to see if waiting an Hour will resolve it.

Yeah , Will let yous know of any updates as they happen.
Has now been 25 Hours and Still receiving the No Service.
If continues may Call into the 02 Shop who did the Sim Swap and see what they Think.

None that Have been Reported, I had checked with few People I know, And there 02 Network is working fine.
It could be the Person in the 02 Shop didn't set it up correctly ?
The First time we swapped Sim they had me Call out a Code.
But I had to take it back down as the Sim the First time never worked.
When we entered the Sim, I didn't get the Text to my Old Phone, and they Had put the SIM in for me and Said wait 2 Hours or so.
