Can anybody help me please? When l make a call, or answer a call, they can hear me but I can't hear anybody on the other end? What should l do? Do l inform Apple as it's an iPhone 6, or do I tell O2 as my phone provider? Many thanks for any assistance!! ☺️ Cindy

Go straight to Apple @Anonymous don't use o2 repairs as they don't have s good reputation. Sounds like a speaker may have gone or a loose connection

Check first that your volume is turned up when on a call and also check if anything is blocking your ear speaker.
After that get an Apple store to check your phone out for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
