Hi @MRD83 Can you explain a little more please?
Are you saying that texts and calls meant for you only, are actually coming through on your sons phone as well as yours?
Did you sign him up with your Apple ID or iTunes account when you got him the phone? It sounds as if you are sharing the same Apple ID...If so, you need to unlink his account from yours and uncheck your number from his account and vice versa .
If this isn't the case, the only people who can help with this are customer services. They need to look at both your accounts to see what the issue is https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
