Looking for HELP...I received my new iPhone xs max today but it will not connect to iTunes on my Mac..It just keeps saying cannot connect because the phone doesn’t have permission??i am completely at a loss to what to do

@Lee Have you clicked on allow or trust device on your iPhone to sync it?

Yes the Mac asks the phone to trust the computer but when we click trust on the phone and continue on the Mac it says this phone cannot be connected as it does not have permission??
