Hi. My last phone was being temperamental with calls and was not always ringing. I got a new phone and now it is doing it with this one. I presume it isn’t the phone now. Sometimes people say it goes straight to answerphone. Why is it mossing calls and not ringing my end?
Did you get a new SIM with your phone? If not, pop into your local O2 shop for a free SIM swap. It may also be a network issue but I'd try the new SIM first.
