I want to leave my current deal and go with a better deal offered by gift gaff. As giff gaff are using o2 can I move over hassle free?

Still no WiFi calling or Volte with Giffgaff 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

But you can get an esim, however, non of that was mentioned as a requirement.
