Hi all

My situation, slowly becomes a farce. We swap watches with my wife, she bought 7 I gave her my 6. She connected her 6 without any problems with data. I’ve been trying for last over week. 1st it shows code 49, noone knows what to do, reset my data and now shows code 92. It drives me mental, it’s not a toy. Not quite sure what to do, maybe someone has something similar. Many thanks.

@Jakuj

You need to contact O2 to remove the 6 from your account to allow you to pair another device.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
