I have an iPhone 4 and an iPad mini .... I can upload videos to Facebook, but can't watch them ! I get a message to upgrade flash, when I click on the link it says your device does not support flash ??? Why is this ? My daughter in law can watch them on her iPhone 4S .... I know I can download another browser, for example I downloaded Puffin, and that works, but why can't I see them if I use Safari as my DIL does ....

There is an Adobe app that can be downloaded but I don't know whether it allows you to use flashplayer

Well, mine does not show videos on my iPad which has the Facebook app .... And it only seems to be a problem with Facebook

Very strange just tried it on my ipad 3 and no issue with the fb app.

Just really strange, the app was updated recently but that made no difference ah well, if there is a vid I want to see on Facebook I will just have to use the Puffin browser which isn't very good but at least I can see that way. Next time I am in Newcastle I will pop into the Apple shop and see what they can do

Seems like most of us have been trying this out for you.

Must be frustrating on us reporting back we have no issues.

I've looked again for you on my iPhone 5s and they play as they should !

One of the specialists or geniuses should be able to run some tests for you in store.

It may be prudent to set up a genius bar appointment.

I know your problem is with viewing videos but I had a similar problem but it was not being able to view photos on my facebook app but once I deleted it and reinstalled it then it works fine now.
