Spoke to customer services - they advised if have not received SMS message last night or by 9:30am this morning delaying delivery, then my click and collect order will be available to collect in store today or tomorrow. I was advised to await a text message advising that my click and collect order had arrived in store.

Spoke to store manager over the phone - she advised me that O2 has no iPhone7 plus in stock across the whole company, irrespective of size or colour, and that she thought it highly unlikely that I will see my order for at least 6 weeks.

Confused? Absolutely!

iPhone 7+ 128 Black ordered 2pm 9th.

No text. No email. Order status 'in progress'. Wasn't expecting it today to be fair but the lack of any info is frustrating.

Good shout.

I order the 256gb black at 9am on the 9th, my order still just says in progress, and ive recieved no other communication.

I was told several times earlier in the week that i'd have to today. Going on holiday tomorrow, typical!

My order confirmation email came in at 08:01.  Black 128gb.  Got the text saying they'll let me know Tuesday
