Only seen one person claim his brother took delivery of a 7 plus from o2 and he was lucky enough to get two delivered to same address.
Other than that o2 seems to have forgotten about it

This specifc thread seems like a far better idea.
We ordered a 32gb Black Iphone Plus on the 9th for click and collect
In a email when we ordered we got told 21/10/2016
We then got told the 16th
When we walked into the store today and we got told November
On live chat they are saying its ready for dispatch today or tomorrow.
On the phone they are saying a 1 week delay.
But I think the best option is if you are getting nowhere with a delivery date is to phone around any local stores around you and see if they have any in stock for walk in customers. If they do, phone and cancel the upgrade and do it in store.

I'm optomistic from speaking to CS at O2 that they will fulfil the backlog of 7 plus orders over the weekend. Lets face it, the backlash if pre ordering customers have to wait 6 weeks to recieve the handset will be on a crazy level that Apple will have to start releasing stock they have clearly held back to create a 'scarcity' image of the device.
Would never happen under Steve Jobs.... Apple is losing their way.
