So My O2 finally updated and my phone and order details are online! great. the phone was dispatched yesterday, double great. But not recieved a confirmation email or text or anything and have not done since the start of this fiasco. Also the tracking ID doesnt exist on the dpd website and the store have told me theyve not recieved anything AND according to them my phone has been stated to arrive on the 21st......... where as customer services have said itd arrive today or monday latest and theyll send me more information via email. None recieved...and the store people were rude af . Not gonna lie getting *bleep* now.

i had tracking too yay, just awaiting for it to work with dpd so i can upgrade to saturday delivery if o2 have not done so. its my birthday tomorrow, so will be a great present to myself lol
