I must be near the top of the queue, and I'm getting no comma apart from the original emails.
I'm hoping for Thursday or at least an update by then, or I'm cancelling and going elsewhere. O2 have proved that they are incapable of providing anywhere near a decent level of customer service.

I have just phoned customer service again asking for an update... lost count of how many times I have done this now, but the woman on the phone told me it is out of stock and could be 6 weeks.
Everyone is being told so many different stories and it is just atrocious that they think it is ok to lie to us.
