Hi @Toby thanks. Just spoke to live chat and they said it's out for delivery or something. I'm on click and collect and he re-iterated what you said - wait for a text/email. He said he couldn't say any more than that, which I appreciated to be honest.
Just a waiting game! Is it there yet? Is it there yet? Is it there yet?!

All these messages regarding emails and texts from O2 is a little disconcerning as I am in the "heard nothing camp".
I was not one of the first to pre-order so I never expected to get my Matt black, 128gb plus within the first week but since I have not received even an approximate delivery date I would love some kind of update. My order was confirmed at 9:58am on 9/9 but since then no contact. Initially upon ordering the checkout said 3 weeks I believe but my order crashed so many times that it took much longer to checkout than expected. I started my upgrade at 9:10am and had to wait in a que for 20 minutes. I then managed to get to the upgrade stages at around half past 9 where is took a further 28 mins of crashing and page hanging before my order was finalised. At this point the store was showing a "up to 6 week ETA" so I have no idea when to expect my handset and would love an updated estimate from O2 at some point.
It will definately suck if I have to wait 6 weeks since it took me nearly 50 minutes to get in and finalise the order. Hopefully I will get some form of cotnact within the next couple of days, fingers crossed.

i have just been told it will up to 6 weeks before i could get my phone which is not good as i do not have a phone now and 6 weeks without one is going to be hell 😡😡😡😡 i hope i do not get a bill for a phone/ sim i have not used. @Toby and i ordered a iphone 7 plus 128g in jet black
