I know this has been discussed before but as a technophobe I can't get my head around it. I've had an iphone 3, 4 & 5 with no problems & find them (with help from the kids) easy to use. I got my iphone 5 in December & have had no problems until now. Yesterday I received a text to say that I had used 80% of my data (in 2 weeks). I have an allowance of 750 mb & looking back at previous bills I use on average 250mb, generally email & Facebook. If the phone was the problem why has it taken until now to use the extra data? I was out of the country for 10 days recently & only used wifi where available so maybe I had a massive app update on my return, but surely if they had been updated in the UK daily the data usage would have been over 10 days & the same anyway. I'm happy to pay for extra data if I've used it but the biggest use was on a day when I was at work & hardly used my phone & O2 can't give me a breakdown of what I used on that day. Help!
