Hi there o2 community
i have a problem regarding a number that will not connect to my phone and keeps going straight to voice mail
i ported my number over last week and since then my wife can not call me with a normal phone call,
messages
face time video
face time audio
WhatsApp audio
whatsApp video
all the above work fine but a regular phone call will not connect , i have tried my SIM card in another phone and the problem is still there
the caller is not blocked , so the only problem i can see is that the SIM card has become corrupt , any help would be greatly appreciated

Pop into any O2 store with some ID to get a new sim or contact O2 to send you one out.
