Change Voicemail Number?

OK, time for the next dumb question.

Sim free 4s with Giffgaff SIM in it. Hit the voicemail button on keypad and calls won't connect. Dial 443 and call goes through fine.

So, I presume, I need to programme 443 into the phone so that the voicemail button dials it....??

Where is the menu to do this pls?

apparantly visual voicemail doesn't work on giff gaff.

apple really made it difficult to do this:(

I thought you could only change voicemail if phone is jail broken, I thought apple made it more difficult after ios4.

They did:( stupidly they made individual bundles for all APNs they have to be signed by apple to use.

If what I found out is correct all the number I've provided will do is change the O2 number to giffgaffs voicemail. Essentially creating a call divert rather than actually fixing it.
