Just a thought, but what is it you want live chat for?
Is it something we can help with instead ?

thanks , got through to customer services , my phone had been disconnected but no one had told me it was about to happen and it turns out it was not my fault,

Has anyone found answer as my iPad Air says live chat off line all the time, however MacBook Pro gets through straight away. Tried resetting allowing pop ups allowing sites I use etc nothing will work

It seems to be a problem for quite a few people. Have you tried using Chrome or Firefox on the ipad?

I use safari on the iPad air and Google Chrome and it is hit and miss.

Are you on iOS 8.0.2

If so try touching the Url at the top, pull down and request the Desktop Site and try again.
