Apple releases iOS 7.0.5 with minor bug fixes

"In fact, what the change log says is that the update is only available for certain models of the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c sold in China—meaning many won’t see it. It corrects network provisioning for the handset…"

"Update: while we are not seeing iOS 7.0.5 here in the US, we are getting reports that users in Germany, the UK and Croatia are. So despite what the above change log says, it appears that it’s not limited to just China.

I'll be abstaining from this until I know I can update without any hindrance.

If the update was intended to break anything that we aren't allowed to talk about, I highly suspect all iOS7 devices would be seeing it rather than just the 5S and 5C

That said, anyone who does anything that we can't talk about to their phone is generally advised to wait before updating anyway

I'm just a bit worried about the China thing and why it's not being rolled out in the US - I'd rather wait to see if there's any fallout!
