Apple Watch Cellular Not Connecting

Has anyone else had problems with the o2 cellular connection on Apple Watch?

I managed to set this up initially but now it no longer connects with the error “no data plan available”. I’ve tried re-pairing, software updates, hard/soft resets with no success. Eventually managed to get a support ticket submitted via live chat.

From looking at Vodafone/EE forums this isn’t a new problem!!

@rdslight

Quite a few with the same problems esp if customers trying any beta software.

Either roll back to public software or if not applicable to you, call customer service to get help with your account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Problem solved, solution in my case was to reflash the phone from IPSW file and restore from itunes back up.

@Dechoo76-ka

You need to reset the watch and go through the setup routine again.
