I have to keep toggling my 4G on and off to get it Smiley Frustrated (at home that is) I know the masts are fine and I usually receive 4G signal fine here...

Have you had the phone checked by Apple yet?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sigh, dont know whats going on anymore... I just checked my settings and requested the o2 ones again and done that, still the same.... maybe need a SIM swap?

Worth a try but I'd still get the phone checked too....
