4G and signal strength

Bit strange but when my phone is just 3G I have 4 bubbles of signal and when I turned on my 4G I only get 2 signal bubbles.

Does anyone know why and how I can fix this?

I have to keep toggling my 4G on and off to get it :S (at home that is) I know the masts are fine and I usually receive 4G signal fine here...

You had this previously didn't you? (I lose track!)...
Have you had the phone checked by Apple yet?
