3G not working!!

The 3G icon is in the top left corner but doesn't work!! I get the message u are not subscribed to a cellular data service..

Ah that sounds like the problem does it say 1gb uk data for Iphone if not you need to give customer services a call on 202 to switch it for you

Have you recently taken out the contract or changed a bolt on as you need an Iphone specific data bolt on and it sounds like you haven't got one

I've taken out a new contract!! Simplicity unlimited 12 month.. On my account is says that my 1gb uk data bolt on us active!

You still need an Iphone data bolt on for visual voicemail and call merging

Yes, but it would get data working for now until CS switched it over....,.

Yes it would as the bolt on swap could take 24 hours to be active.
