SIM swap gone wrong?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I bought the iPhone 5 yesterday from the carphone warehouse and they said they'd put the SIM swap through and it should take an hour but could take up to 24.

It's been over 24 hours now and my iPhone still say's no service and i'm still having to use my blackberry as my mobile, although I now can't access the internet or use Twitter or Facebook on it?

Should I just wait it out and hope it sorts itself or should i try another SIM swap?

Have you powered off the blackberry and turned it back on try that until tithe sim will not connect to the network.

Then repeat on the iPhone until service is granted

Been doing that now for the last 10 minutes and nothing is happening.

If i put another swap through online would it cause problems?
