HI There, 

JUst wondering if anyone can help me. I can access my voicemail on my samsung s3 via 901 but am unable to access it by holding down the number 1, or by following a txt message prompt saying a voicemail has been left,  just automatically says call ended?? Its grating on my nerves and im not very techy savvy?

Open phone app. Press menu >call settings. Scroll down to voicemail settings and enter 901. Press Done.
