@Anonymous it should only take up to 24 hours. Have you been turning your phone on & off to see if the connection is happening

O2 have been having some problems in the last week.
A few have commented on long wait times.
Give them a call if it goes beyond 24 hours http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
