Try changing the outgoing server to smtp.o2.co.uk port 25 with SSL unticked.

Is it just Emails that you're struggling with when out and about?

If not try sending 'Active' to 2020 to get the MMS and APN settings for your phone

Wouldn't these already have to be in the phone to get email even on wifi?

If outgoing is not working with the above settings change smtp to "smtp.o2.co.uk" and use port 25.

No I see what you mean but I would have thought that the issue was with mobile data settings rather than email if the op can receive them on wifi slight_smile
