screen froze

Went to use my A50 android phone and the screen is froze showing time date and 79% wont even charge,

 

Son tried ringing me and says unavailable.

 

How do i fix my phone please ?

You might need to do a hard reboot of the phone
press and hold the Power button and the Volume button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

Hold power and volume down together until the phone vibrates.
