Hi.
A few weeks ago my mum's phone recieved a device update. After it was installed it would no longer accept her fingerprint or password and needed a factory restore. The exact same thing had happened again today.
Any ideas

Hi @Kelb She could try this to reset her fingerprint ( android central advice)
Applications > Application Manager > Fingerprint > Clear data.
Then reboot your phone. It should work after this.
If it keeps happening frequently you should get further advice by contacting Samsung directly http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/
