It's all in the link that's mainly for Payg customers.

Pay monthly customers can already access this info from myo2

The content of text messages is un available in both instances.

Ie what was actually written in them.

If you have connected your phone to a PC running Nokia PC Suite software they will be backed up on that PC.

If you haven't done this, I'm not aware of anyway of retreiving deleted messages from your type of phone.
