problems connecting to internet using data plan on my android device

Hi,

  my browser wont connect to the internet unless wifi is enabled, it was workin until a few days ago. i even reset my phone but still not workinh. can anyone help?

Check that you have mobile data enabled then check in settings >more>mobile network >access point names that you have an active apn. Texting the word "Active" to 2020 will usually result in you getting the correct settings sent to your phone which you must save then restart the phone to activate.

data is enabed and APN is all workin too, don't know what the problem is 😞

signals fine, im thinking i might have to phone customer service tomorrow?

Could be your SIM that has failed.... Are you getting any data network symbols at the top of the screen, G, 3G etc...?

just my signal bar, no symbols at all. my texts and calls are all working fine

In North Somerset / Bath area yesterday around midday I couldn't connect for a couple of hours.

I had the "H" as usual but no data connection.

Maybe you suffered an outage like this?

oh. i had the "H" few days and no data connection and i try everything.. i sent and sent text "ACTIVE" to 2020 and nothing... but i dont restart phone ;D when i was read yours answers i swith on my phone again and data is working just so you should try too
