I simply cannot connect my Apple phone and watch in order to be able to leave my phone at home. O2 seem happy to take the money but not to resolve the problem. Help please.

If your phone and watch are at the latest versions of software, then there are a number of different things that could be causing the problem, from watch eSIM reset to physical SIM replacement on the phone itself - I will tag @O2KyleW who is the O2 advisor on duty into the evening here - keep an eye for a message from them asking for more info to troubleshoot, @PaulRolf - good luck!
