iMessage activation error

Hope somebody can help. I’ve recently moved from 3 to O2 and I’ve ported my number over as well on my new iPhone. iMessaging and FaceTime are stating activation is unsuccessful. Can anyone help???

I recieved a new phone Iphone 14 pro max. I inserted a 5 G sim and my daughter set it up for me. My 4G sim is in my old phone. My new phone has all my data on it but is not recieving texts etc, it is all still going to my old phone, what do I do?
