I have a Acer S100 mobile and i cannot make calls or receive calls, i have wi-fi thats working ok, it was working ok now its not any ideas

maybe there are network issues in your area or maybe you should order a new SIM and see if that helps
you can also call customer services to have your account checked

ok thankyou will try that , phone was working ok not used for 3 weeks got no signal at all

how long you've been having problems for?
did you try taking the sim out and giving it a clean, see if that helps?
can you check the sim in a different phone to see if the sim or the phone itself is faulty?

sim card is ok in another phone 😞
