If it's the Apple app it has a bit of a chequered past https://appadvice.com/appnn/2012/06/despite-its-damaged-rep-ifitness-is-back-for-another-attempt

I was charged for this "app" aswell, though don't remember clicking on anything either and nothing is installed under that name.

I contacted O2 customer services who refunded the charge (£3) and put a direct debit block on my account to stop it from happening again - I'll have to wait and see if that has worked.

I doubt that o2's block will work.
You need to contact the company yourself to get your number removed as per the advice above.

I hope it was a charge to mobile block and not a direct debit cancelation ? I would check if you pay by direct debit that it is still in place and active

Good point - we know o2 can't block incoming premium charges (only outgoing) so definitely ensure the account DD is still in place or else you could find yourself cut off next month 😞

Slightly off topic but My O2 shows I pay by cheque Horrified even though I have had a direct debit for more years than I can remember....but yes you really need to make sure your direct debit is in place still.
