I have been charged by a company called ifitness twice for an app i have not purchased. can anyonr help please?

I was charged for this "app" aswell, though don't remember clicking on anything either and nothing is installed under that name.
I contacted O2 customer services who refunded the charge (£3) and put a direct debit block on my account to stop it from happening again - I'll have to wait and see if that has worked.

I hope it was a charge to mobile block and not a direct debit cancelation ? I would check if you pay by direct debit that it is still in place and active

Good point - we know o2 can't block incoming premium charges (only outgoing) so definitely ensure the account DD is still in place or else you could find yourself cut off next month 😞

Slightly off topic but My O2 shows I pay by cheque even though I have had a direct debit for more years than I can remember....but yes you really need to make sure your direct debit is in place still.
