eSim on a Google Pixel 7 Pro

Hi O2 community

 

New here. I have moved from Vodaphone where I had an eSim for my personal sim and the physical sim for my work line. When I got the QR code for the O2 eSim, it would attempt to configure but when its complete I have no data phone SMS etc. Does anyone know the reason why. When it was configuring it said connecting to EE. Thinking it might be locked but my Vodaphone eSim works and physical works. I am currently using the O2 physical sim and it works fine, I just cant use my work sim as well (cant currently turn it into a eSim)

Try manually connecting to O2 off the esim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
