Just checked my tracking no. only to see that it said that A54 Samsung had been delivered to Leon so i was wondering how this is possible because i have not been given this phone i have been on myO2 to that you have this down as a completed delivery when i have not recieved the phone please can you resolve this issue asap .

You will need to contact the courier and o2 on 0800 081 021 0255 and they will be able to advise.

No point contacting the courier as the delivery contract is with O2 and the courier will just refer you back to O2.
