I am having issues getting a 5g connection on my Samsung s21, in areas where availability should be. How can I get this to work? I have read through the guide on Business Broadband Hub and others, but I have had no luck.

Make sure 5g is selected in the network settings, that you are in an area served by 5g O2 Service Status and that you have a 5g sim card.

If not, pop into your local O2 store with photo ID to get a new sim.

Note that 5g is also only available on contracts and not PAYG.
