i would love to download the o2 app but it shows up for an old phone and not my newer HTC... what can i d please... def. NOT a computer geek..lol

If this is the myo2 app sometimes the device tab is incorrect it took 8 hours for it to change to my iphone 6s assuming that is what you are on about @Anonymous

Indeed and hopefully the OP is sorted out now. My O2 app rarely gives any problem as long as the web based version is up to date once the system recognises a new device.
